WARMINSTER, PA, October 28, 2025 – Wesley Enhanced Living, an owner and operator of continuing care retirement communities throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan area, is pleased to welcome Anda Durso as Executive Director of its Pennypack Park location. Anda succeeds Michael DeStefon, who has taken on the new role of Chief Operating Officer for the company.

Anda Durso comes to Wesley Enhanced Living with 10 years of experience as Executive Director for Sunrise Senior Living, followed by Executive Director and Administrator roles at: Benchmark Senior Living, Chandler Hall Health Services, Watermark Retirement Communities, and most recently, Masonic Village at Burlington.

She has an MBA, with a concentration in Health Administration, from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts, with a major in psychology and a minor in health administration, from LaSalle University. She is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a Licensed Personal Care Administrator.
