Through this web-based platform, you can access over 800 accredited online courses for continuing education, in-service training, leadership development, and more! The WEL Learning Center:

As an employee, you will be provided clinical and management training at the WEL Learning Center. Our Staff Development Team provides educational and training support including: medication administration, caregiving, CPR, first aid, dementia care, diabetes care, IV training, and LEAP—a program that promotes staff-resident relationships through a model of person-centered care.
