Rehabilitation Services at Wesley Enhanced Living

Physical, occupational, and speech-language services are available to all Wesley Enhanced Living residents to help them regain function after an illness or injury. You can access rehabilitation services in the comfort of your apartment or in our fitness center at Wesley Enhanced Living Upper Moreland. Our wellness nurses and rehabilitation therapy partners assist you in developing a customized program which can be billed through your insurance provider.

Or, if there are more complex care needs following a hospital stay, you may also opt to be admitted to one of our four nearby Wesley Enhanced Living Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers. You will receive seamless, priority placement at these locations for comprehensive long-term or short-term rehab.
