Our senior rehabilitation and skilled nursing centers located at our Doylestown, Pennypack Park, Stapeley, and Main Line communities, are restful, therapeutic settings to receive long-term care or short-term rehab. Wesley Enhanced Living Upper Moreland residents requiring short-term rehab or long-term care in a skilled nursing center will receive seamless and priority placement at any of our four rehabilitation and skilled nursing centers. A spouse may also choose to accompany their partner and reside in a Wesley Enhanced Living Independent Living apartment while their loved one is receiving care. Our staff is here to support residents and their family members to assist with applications and transfers.
