Wesley Enhanced Living Wishes Over 25 Graduating Employees “WEL”

Warminster, PA (June 18, 2020) – Across its six senior living communities in Pennsylvania, Wesley Enhanced Living (WEL) is celebrating over 25 employees as they graduate from their respective high schools or colleges this year.

The WEL employee team is made of a diverse group of individuals, each bringing different backgrounds, ideas and insights that are dedicated to WEL’s mission of making a compelling difference in the lives of senior residents through providing excellence and innovation in aging services.

“We are so proud of our employees, especially those graduating and beginning the next chapter in their lives,” explained Pat Lamoreux, Vice President of Human Potential for Wesley Enhanced Living. “This year’s Class of 2020, has successfully navigated both historic and unique challenging situations that we could never have imagined. This group has been resilient, overcoming obstacles that previous graduates have never experienced, while remaining committed to providing excellent services to the residents of Wesley Enhanced Living (WEL). We certainly hope to see many of them continue a career in senior living, contributing once again to the advancement of the industry.”

The interaction and the bonding between the student employees and the senior residents is extraordinary at WEL’s communities in Bucks, Delaware, and Montgomery and Philadelphia counties. Together both residents and employees are engaged, continue to learn from one another and connect to what matters to them.

“To our wonderful employees who are graduating, from the entire WEL family, we thank you for your exceptional service to our residents. Your hard work, dedication and strength has helped to make each WEL community a better place, and for that, we are so grateful,” said Lamoreux.
