Warminster, PA (August, 2022) — Wesley Enhanced Living welcomes John Odike as the new Vice President of Human Potential. Odike brings over twenty years of human resource expertise with specialized skills in employee relations, compensation structuring, succession planning and recruitment strategies across numerous industries. He successfully grew multiple organizations in the Philadelphia market.

As Wesley Enhanced Living’s Vice President of Human Potential, Odike is responsible for the development and implementation of an innovative workplace culture designed to inspire employees to achieve their highest potential. He will lead the organization’s strategic HR functions for work force planning, talent acquisition and retention, staff, and leadership development.
He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Nigeria and pursued a dual master’s degree in human resources management and health care management from Grambling State University. Odike is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
