WARMINSTER, PA, October 28, 2025 – Wesley Enhanced Living, an owner and operator of continuing care retirement communities throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan area, is pleased to announce that Michael DeStefon is taking on the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer for the organization.
Most recently, Mike was the Executive Director of Wesley Enhanced Living Pennypack Park. In addition, over his fifteen-year tenure, he has continued to serve as Corporate Director of Rehabilitation Services and has also been Executive Director of Wesley Enhanced Living Main Line. Prior to joining Wesley Enhanced Living, Mike held regional rehabilitation director positions at Five Star Rehabilitation and Wellness, Pro Step Rehabilitation Services, and Select Medical Rehabilitation Services.
Mike has a Bachelor of Science and certification in Occupational Therapy from Temple University. He is also a certified Nursing Home Administrator.
