Martins Run will Join Eight Other Wesley Enhanced Living Retirement Communities Hatboro, Pa., and Media, Pa., December 1, 2014 – Today, Wesley Enhanced Living (WEL), and Martins Run—non-profit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) providers—entered into an affiliation agreement.  Under this agreement, Martins Run will become part of the Wesley Enhanced Living organization. Pending the completion of regulatory approvals, this affiliation is expected to become effective during the first quarter of 2015. Martins Run, a single-site 258 unit senior living community, provides independent living, personal care, and rehabilitation and skilled nursing services on a  22-acre suburban campus minutes from the Main Line in Marple Township, PA. WEL operates CCRC’s and affordable adult housing facilities throughout Philadelphia, Montgomery and Bucks counties, with 1,140 units, serving over 1,200 seniors in their eight communities. This affiliation will provide Martins Run with more opportunities for service enhancements, operational efficiencies, and access to capital for campus re-investment projects.
