Wesley Enhanced Living Main Line Invests $15 Million in its Future

$15 Million renovation project will bring updated living and dining amenities

Media, Pa. (April 25, 2019) – Wesley Enhanced Living is devoting $15 million to a multi-faceted, year-long reconstruction project throughout its Main Line community in Media. This renovation, which will revamp on-campus living and dining areas, is expected to be completed by April 2020.

The focus of the project is to improve infrastructure and amenities in various areas throughout the community, ultimately allowing the organization to better serve its senior residents. Several specific renovations include:

  • updated grand entrance;
  • addition of a pub area with new menu options;
  • redesigned dining and living rooms; and
  • improved Personal Care and Skilled Nursing area.

“Embarking on this construction journey allows us to refresh and enhance so many areas throughout our community,” said Maureen Casey, Executive Director at Wesley Enhanced Living Main Line. “At Wesley Enhanced Living, we strive to make a compelling difference in the lives of our residents through excellence and innovation in aging services. The new and updated amenities that result from this project will help us to do just that.”

Residents, staff and members of both the construction and Wesley Enhanced Living leadership teams enjoyed a construction-themed kickoff party to celebrate the construction project on Tuesday, April 16.
