[April 2, 2025, Warminster, PA] – Wesley Enhanced Living has earned re-certification as a Great Place to Work for by Great Place to Work Institute and Activated Insights for the seventh year. The certification process involved surveying 100% of employees across all Wesley Enhanced Living’s locations and evaluating more than 60 elements of their experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do.

85% of employees rated Wesley Enhanced Living a great place to work, 28% above the benchmark for typical US-based companies. Employees emphasized their passion in helping the residents and their appreciation for their co-workers and the organization.
