Hatboro, Pa., December 1, 2016 – Wesley Enhanced Living (WEL), an owner and operator of continuing care retirement communities throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan area, has appointed Jerry Dykyj as Corporate Director of Quality Assurance.
Dykyj is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 16 years’ experience as a strategic leader and quality professional in the healthcare industry, and comes to us from GlaxoSmithKline where he spent the past several years improving their core business services and processes by driving customer satisfaction, reducing cost, and improving quality.

Dykyj holds dual B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics, and an M.B.A. in Technology Managements. Jerry lives with his wife and nonagenarian parents, and is the proud father of two grown daughters.
