Kay L. from WEL Upper Moreland wanted to dance, and with the help for Janie and Carol from the Boot Scooters, her WELWish came true! With a few short lessons, Kay became a “Line Dance Queen” for a day! A few fellow residents joined in and their hard work culminated in a fun number that they all enjoyed!
