The affiliation, which was announced in December 2014, will allow operating synergies, economies of scale and provide greater access to capital for community re-investment projects anticipated over the coming years. Wesley Enhanced Living Main Line will also offer a new fee schedule that will provide high-quality senior living accommodations and services that are more affordably priced.
