Chief Operating Officer

Before becoming COO, Mike DeStefon was the Executive Director of Wesley Enhanced Living Pennypack Park. In addition, over his fifteen-year tenure, he has continued to serve as Corporate Director of Rehabilitation Services and has also been Executive Director of Wesley Enhanced Living Main Line.

Senior Vice President, Marketing & Sales

Shelley Ballet firmly believes that providing better value and improving the lives of our residents through purpose-filled living are core to the organizational mission. She is passionate about communicating the Wesley Enhanced Living brand and offerings to local seniors and their families.

Chief Financial Officer

Gabe Lotman began his time with Wesley Enhanced Living as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, leading the annual operating budget process and helping oversee revenue and operating expenses. In his current role as CFO, Gabe continues to guide our organization’s strategic initiatives, manage financial reporting and compliance, and drive cost-saving initiatives to ensure our long-term financial health.
