Gabe Lotman began his time with Wesley Enhanced Living as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, leading the annual operating budget process and helping oversee revenue and operating expenses. In his current role as CFO, Gabe continues to guide our organization’s strategic initiatives, manage financial reporting and compliance, and drive cost-saving initiatives to ensure our long-term financial health. Prior to Wesley Enhanced Living, he built an extensive career in management and financial analysis at prominent companies such as Ricoh Americas Corporation and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Gabe holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance, Strategy, and Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University.
