Pennsylvania Governor, Tom Wolf, has declared this day as a day of kindness to honor the late Fred Rogers who we all know from “Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood.” Mr. Rogers’ would use the term 143 as his special code for “I love you” and was based on the number of letters in each word.
