We provide a positive experience for residents and their families as they transition from hospital or home. Our Admissions Team focuses on making sure we are able to accommodate the needs of each individual who comes to stay in our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

Billing & Reimbursement

Our Billing and Reimbursement Team manages our accounts receivable function. Our experienced employees work with various insurance companies, residents, and family members to provide support to collect funds for services and ensure accurate billing for each community.

Housekeeping & Laundry

We seek to ensure the overall health and wellbeing of our residents by keeping our communities clean and operational. From floors to highly touched surfaces, there are a lot of community spaces needing to be cleaned and maintained on a regular basis. We are looking for team members for a wide range of housekeeping and laundry jobs at our Doylestown, Hatboro, Media, and Philadelphia locations. Our Marketing and Sales Team communicates our enhanced living model to prospective residents: a unique approach that connects seniors to renewed purpose and engagement.  Sales finds affordable, upgraded apartment homes and spacious personal care suites that are the best possible fit for each individual or couple and their budget.  Loyalty and trust is built from the first interaction by listening to our prospective residents’ wants and needs and offering solutions that will allow them to continue to learn, grow, and live a fulfilled life.

Personal Care

We are devoted to making a difference in the lives of our residents by providing assistance with activities of daily living and finding ways to enhance residents’ lives each and every day. Our Personal Care Teams at all five of our Senior Living communities support residents who are no longer completely independent. Our Memory Care Unit at Wesley Enhanced Living Stapeley offers a safe environment with comfortable surroundings where our Team provides dementia care support and assistance for residents diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia. We provide peace of mind for the entire family.

Med Certification Training Program
We offer a certification program for Personal Care employees to become Med Certified. This certificate allows Med Certified Personal Care Aides to administer medications to residents. All new hires will complete this training within 60-days of hire.

Security

Our Security Team provides 24/7/365 support to our communities, safeguarding our residents, employees, facility, grounds, and equipment. By patrolling the halls and grounds, we ensure that those in our community feel safe. And we serve as an important resource when emergencies arise.

Social Services

Our Social Services Team helps residents and families cope with changes to improve their quality of life. We work with residents and their families during the transition into our community. We help short-term residents transition back home and ensure our long-term residents have the support they need to live a fulfilled life. We are there to advocate for them!

Therapy

Our Therapy Teams are motivated to helping residents achieve the maximum level of function and independence. We use proven rehabilitative therapies to help our residents achieve their full potential. Positive outcomes include improvement in walking on flat surfaces and on stairs, bathing and dressing independently, swallowing, and cognition of our residents. Residents needing short-term or long-term rehabilitation benefit from our personalized approaches that emphasize proven protocols, compassion, and dignity of each individual.

Transportation

We provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our residents when they travel outside of our communities. Our drivers organize schedules to make sure residents arrive to appointments on time and have transportation on individual or group outings.
