At Wesley Enhanced Living, our skilled nursing facilities provide post-acute care supervised by a medical director who oversees each patient’s treatment plan. Nursing staff is available to provide care, administer treatment protocols, and support our residents 24/7 during short-term or long-term stays.
In addition to extensive personal care, our skilled nursing centers provide detailed medical care including vital signs monitoring, medication administration, injections, oxygen therapy, intravenous fluids, wound care, and tube feedings.
