IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Dear Residents, Families and Employees: 

The COVID transmission rate in Philadelphia remains high, but we are pleased to share that we have no new cases identified.  Please remember, masks must be worn covering your nose and mouth, throughout the community. 

We have two dates set for residents and employees to receive the COVID booster vaccination that will be administered in Wesley Hall on:

                        Wednesday, October 13         11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

                        Monday, October 25              11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Flu vaccines and PPDs are going to be given to the employees from Tuesday, October 19 to October 21.  Each department manager will coordinate the times with their employees.   

The P Building entry new lock system is completed and the key fobs have been distributed to the registered car owners in P and M buildings.    Health screenings at P Building must be conducted, and residents will be responsible to document their temperature and answer questions.  Thank you for your cooperation with this process.   

As you may recall, we began the installation of a new emergency response pendant system prior to COVID.  I am happy to share with you that the system is nearing completion and we expect to roll out the new “SARA” system on November 1.  We will be providing additional information regarding the distribution of pendants to residents.
