Dear Residents, Families and Employees: 

The positivity rate in Philadelphia continues to climb from 1.3% in late June to  2.7% in July, then 3.9% and as of today it is 5%.  We now need to be testing all unvaccinated Employees weekly.  I cannot empathize strongly enough the importance of being fully vaccinated and wearing a face mask in all public areas while here at WEL Stapeley.  Face masks are not optional and must cover the mouth and nose unless dining. 

Vaccination of all our Employees continues with approximately 90% fully vaccinated or in the process of completing their vaccine administration.  We are engaged in on-going conversations with the remaining Employees.
