Medical Necessity Outings
All Medical necessity appointments need to be arranged through the Care Department. The appointments should be scheduled through the Nurse in order to assure the proper paperwork and medical information is provided for the appointment.
While out on the medical appointment the resident is to travel to the appointment and return to Burholme with the paperwork from the visit and present the paperwork to the nurse.
Burholme strives to assure the health and safety of all of our residents and staff. While out at the Medical necessity appointment the resident is not to attend a family function, go to a barber or hair salon, restaurant or shopping. Thank You for your understanding.
