New WEL Upper Moreland General Manager of Dining Services

Residents and Families,

Please join me in congratulating Chris Stingo as our new General Manager of Dining Services at WEL Upper Moreland.

Chris brings over 30 years of dining services’ experience in retirement communities to his new role.  He started his culinary career as an Army Food Specialist, a role that he cherished since he was responsible for providing good, home cooking to the troops.  Since then, he has been equally excited to serve memorable meals to the residents of the retirement communities he had the honor of working at.

Chris and his wife of 30 years have lived in the Willow Grove area for almost two decades.  There they have raised their two children; Brandon, a Marine Corp veteran, and Jordann, a nursing student.  They also have an extended member of the family, Bella, who is a two-year old poodle.

Chris’ first day at Upper Moreland was Monday August 31st. He has already enjoyed meeting many of the residents and discussing our dining services. Please stop by and introduce yourself to Chris and welcome him to our community.
