Pat Lamoreux serves as Vice President; Human Potential for Wesley Enhanced Living, previously serving as Corporate Director of Benefits & Compensation, and Assistant Vice President of Human Potential. Lamoreux joined Wesley Enhanced Living in 2007 with more than 15 years of long-term care experience. Pat has also held the positions of Benefits Manager, Assistant Director of Human Resources and Director of Business Services for Presby’s Inspired Life.
As VP, Human Potential, Lamoreux is responsible for the development and implementation of an innovative workplace culture program designed to inspire Wesley Enhanced Living employees to embrace strong job ownership skills, enabling each individual to achieve their highest potential. Pat leads the organizations strategic HR functions for talent acquisition & retention, staff & leadership development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR information systems and administration of HR policies and programs related to HR services.
Lamoreux is HRCI certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter (SEPA SHRM). Pat has a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management from Eastern University.
