Dear Wesley Enhanced Living Residents, Family Members, Employees and Friends,

I am pleased to announce that Steve Cherry has agreed to provide interim leadership to our Doylestown community while we search for a new permanent Executive Director. Steve’s experience and familiarity with both the Doylestown community and Wesley Enhanced Living will allow him to seamlessly continue to move Doylestown on its path forward. I am hopeful that we will be able to have a new Executive Director in place within the next 3-4 months.

In our discussions, Steve stressed the difference between his long-time role as Executive Director of Wesley Enhanced Living Doylestown and this interim challenge which is focused on preparing for and easing the transition to a new leader. Steve and I also talked at some length about the importance of and critical need during this interim period for strong and informative communications with all stakeholders and enhanced visibility within the community.
