IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR July 15, 2021

Dear Residents, Families and Employees:

On Wednesday, July 14, Wesley Enhanced Living announced to all employees that receiving the COVID-19 vaccine was being mandated.  All employees must have completed receiving their full vaccinations by Wednesday, September 1.  The only exceptions to being fully vaccinated will be for medical exemption or religious exemption.  At WEL Pennypack Park we have scheduled two vaccination clinics for employees and any interested residents.  Please watch for dates and additional information.

We look forward to entering the upcoming Fall season with our staff fully vaccinated.  Although our staff will be fully vaccinated, we urge all residents and visitors to be fully vaccinated, as well.  The vaccination protects our residents, our employees and other visitors.

Please remember, face masks must always be worn in public areas within the community.  If you are fully vaccinated and visiting outdoors, you may take your mask off.  You may also remove your mask in the privacy of your room or apartment.

We strive to keep everyone who enters our community safe.  Please do your part, get vaccinated if you have not done so already.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me directly at the email address slachman@wel.org or by phone.

Stay well,

Suzanne H. Lachman, LNHA
