This letter is to alert you that today, December 24, 2021, one of our direct care staff tested positive for COVID-19. We are monitoring our staff and residents for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and are working with our local and state health departments.

We will be conducting testing as advised by CDC 5 days after potential exposure Tuesday December 29, 2021. We will test any resident and staff person who may have had contact with the employee.

All our staff members are vaccinated and continue to follow public health recommendations to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19. These include monitoring temperatures upon arrival and leaving and questioning regarding Covid symptoms and contacts. We also enforce strict handwashing procedures, hand sanitizing, wearing facemasks, not touching your face and social distancing when possible.
