Dear Residents, Families and Employees:
The community has not had any new cases of COVID-19 since my last communication on April 18th. The positivity level for Pennsylvania is now 5 – 7.9%. For Bucks County, the transmission rate remains at the substantial level. The 7-day metric for positivity in Bucks County as of today is 6.9%, which is an increase of 2.1% since Monday.
As a reminder, please always be diligent with your own infection control protocols. The community continues to follow all previously announced screening protocols when you enter our community and during your visit. All visitors and employees are required
to wear masks at all times (except when drinking or eating). For residents, we continue to strongly encourage the use of masks.
I am currently coordinating some dates with our pharmacy for the near future for our Booster Clinic for those residents and staff who are eligible for the 4th booster that wish to receive it.
The Pennsylvania General Primary election is on Tuesday, May 17th. Wesley Enhanced Living Doylestown will once again be a polling location in Doylestown. This is a great benefit for our residents who are registered voters. For our residents that may have already selected a mail-in ballot, if you wish, you may bring it to Heritage Hall during the primary election. As the time gets closer, we will identify specific times for our residents in each level of care to vote so you are not waiting in long times.
As always, it is a true pleasure to serve you. For any questions, you may contact me directly at ldukert@wesleyenhancedliving.org or 267-895-1132. Internally, my extension is 502.
Respectfully,
Lynne Dukert, NHA, PCHA Executive Director
