Financial Assistance

Financial assistance that can make a difference.  Knowledgeable staff to inform you of your options.

When matched against the monthly expenses of maintaining your home and lifestyle, the cost of a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) can actually prove to be more economical.

Many seniors and their loved ones don’t realize that financial assistance is available that can help to defray cost and/or enable an immediate move to senior living community when ready monies are not available.

Sales managers at Wesley Enhanced Living will be happy to discuss with you all of the available options:

  • A comprehensive home sale guidance program that provides complimentary estimates from screened local realtors of the value of your house and what to do to get ready for the market.  In addition, this service can give you access to senior move managers who can simplify the process of de-cluttering and moving.
  • The Veterans Aid and Attendance Pension can help qualified vets and/or their surviving spouse cover the cost of personal care or dementia care which otherwise might have been unattainable.  A single veteran can qualify for up to $1,703/month, a married veteran for up to $2,019/month, and a surviving spouse for up to $1,094/month.

There is financial help available for high-quality senior living!  Learning about these options can lead to a more secure and fulfilling quality of life for you or your loved ones and we encourage you to contact our knowledgeable sales managers.
