As part of the CMS requirements to keep you informed of COVID-19 activity within the health center of this community, please be advised of the following:

As part of our twice-weekly testing of all Employees, one Employee was tested and found to be positive.  As part of our weekly testing of all Residents, one Resident was found to be positiveCumulative Total of COVID-19 Infections since March 2020: Residents: 80  Employees: 53

☒staff with new on-set of respiratory symptoms occurring within 72 hours of each other.
Mitigating actions implemented to prevent or reduce the risk of transmission.☒Normal operations will be altered.
☒Resident(s) will be moved to quarantine unit.
☒Droplet precautions will be initiated.
☒Resident(s) will be placed on isolation.
