Executive Director: Weekly COVID-19 Update November 11, 2020

Dear Residents, Families and Employees:

We have had another employee test positive for COVID-19.  This person called out due to symptoms and was tested outside of WEL Pennypack Park. 

Results for all HC2 and HC1 residents test results are negative.  There is one COVID-19 resident in quarantine, admitted after approximately 10 days in the hospital prior to admission to our health center. 

As the numbers of positive cases keep rising in Philadelphia and across the country, it is as important as it ever was that we all practice safe distancing, wearing masks in public and properly – covering the nose and mouth, and wash your hands frequently or use sanitizer if soap and water are not readily available.
