Executive Director: Weekly COVID-19 Update March 5, 2021

Dear Residents, Family Members and Co-workers:

It is with mixed emotions that I share with you that Melinda Lee, PCHA/Resident Services Director will be leaving Wesley Enhanced Living Pennypack Park as of Friday, March 19th.  Melinda has decided to return to her Social Service profession and will be exploring returning to school to become an R.N.

Ryan Lang, Social Services Manager has enrolled in the Penn State program to become a licensed PCHA and will assume the role that Melinda is leaving.  This is a wonderful opportunity for Ryan as he furthers his career in health care administration.

Of course, this creates a domino effect, as Ryan’s position will be open.  We are going to be interviewing for a social worker.  In the meantime, Jessica Clarke and Jackie Kelly are here to assist with social service needs.  Please wish Ryan the best of luck as he assumes this new challenge and responsibility.

Everyone, please extend Melinda your best wishes for success with her career change.  She will be missed by everyone here at WEL Pennypack Park.

Sincerely,

Suzanne

Suzanne H. Lachman, LNHA

Executive Director
