Executive Director: Weekly COVID-19 Update December 3, 2020

Dear Residents, Families and Employees:

I must inform you of the following new cases in the Health Center and Personal Care.  I have included the data in the same format for all three levels of care, using the required format for us to report for skilled nursing.  Highlighted are the areas containing new information.

SKILLED NURSING (HEALTH CENTER)
