Executive Director COVID-19 update 3/18/2021

As part of the CMS requirements to keep you informed of COVID-19 activity within the health center of this community, please be advised of the following:

Date:3/18/2021
Based upon symptoms, we tested one Resident in our HCC.  The rapid test came back positive as did the subsequent PCR test.  We were able to determine the method of transmission.  All other Residents in the neighborhood were tested and no other positive Residents or Employees were identified. There have been no positive cases in PC or IL since 1/9/2021Cumulative Total of COVID-19 Infections since March 2020: Residents; 102    Employees; 72

Mitigating actions implemented to prevent or reduce the risk of transmission.☒Normal operations will be altered.

☒Resident(s) will be placed on isolation.
