Update for all WEL Upper Moreland Residents and Families– 12/24/2020
Dear Residents and Families’
On behalf of the entire WEL Upper Moreland staff, I would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday Season.
With Christmas tomorrow and New Year’s next week I would like to again ask you to please
“Resist the Urge and Help Fight the Surge!”
I am encouraging you to stay on campus unless necessary for medical urgency.
Please resist the urge to visit family and friends off campus.
Please continue to be vigilant while on and off campus; maintain social distance and facial covering if you are out of your apartment or in a vehicle with anyone you don’t reside with. Wash your hands frequently in addition to using hand sanitizer. It is your best defense against this difficult virus.
I am encouraging limited visitation during the holiday season with the increased potential for contact with COVID-19 and the Flu.
I would like to request that anyone who visits our community or any resident who visits someone off campus and within 14 days begins to have one or more of the COVID symptoms to please notify our Resident Services Manager, Craig Vinciguerra, at 215-302-3750 to enable contact tracing. This is imperative that we are aware of any possible resident exposures.
Residents, Please be sure to register out and in when leaving campus. As always, please contact wellness with any concerns about your health.
We are hopeful that the year 2021 will be a time of revitalization and a return to some form of normalcy.
