Dear Residents, Families and Staff,

Skilled Nursing

We received the results from our resident lab testing on Thursday January 15, 2021 and all residents residing in Skilled Nursing have tested NEGATIVE for COVID-19 at this time! All staff rapid tested for surveillance yesterday were also negative.

Our residents in skilled nursing are under quarantine through January 28, 2021 because of the one positive lab test confirmed for an employee.
