Week Two of our Healthy Eating Series will focus on how having a nutritionally balanced diet is essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This session will discuss the different types of proteins, how our bodies use them, and what foods provide them. Additionally, we will be preparing a protein heavy quinoa and chicken stir-fry. Samples will be provided.
