I recently helped a close friend move into Stapeley’s assisted living wing. Everyone at Stapeley was extremely pleasant and accommodating in making this process as smooth as possible. They responded to every email and phone call and always did their best to address every issue along the way: from early visits to scout the place, to answering our myriad questions and providing advice, to making all the arrangements to prepare his room, and finally giving him a warm welcome when he finally moved in. And in the weeks since, the professionalism and competence of the staff has been tremendous. Not to mention the facility is kept clean and is well-maintained, with lots of activities and good food in the dining rooms. My friend is quickly adjusting to his new and supportive surroundings. Stapeley has lived up to its reputation for quality and value.
