COVID 19 Updated Precautions for all Independent Living and Personal Care Residents – 3/14/2020

Effective immediately, all group activities including worship services will be discontinued until further notice.
Resident dining rooms and the Bistro will be closed as of 3pm, Sunday, March 15, 2020.
Dining staff will deliver the dinner meal to residents residing in Personal Care on Sunday March 15th.
No other delivery or take out will be available for dinner on Sunday March 15th.

Beginning on Monday March 16th staff will deliver all 3 meals to residents apartments who reside in Personal Care.
We are working through the process for Independent Living Residents to order one meal per day and will announce that on March 15th. Food will be made available for additional meals as well.

Other than medically necessary physician visits, we implore residents not to leave the WEL Upper Moreland campus at this time.
As we know, Montgomery County and neighboring Bucks County are closed because of the seriousness related to community spread of this illness.
We have seen the effects of COVID 19 on the 65+ population and we do not want you to expose yourself unnecessarily.
We are trying to keep you and our staff as healthy and safe as possible.

Our staff is focused on providing needed services and supplies to our valuable residents.

We are enacting this policy because the health and welfare of our residents guide everything we do.

Thank you for your ongoing patience, partnership and understanding at this time.
