COVID-19 Update for all WEL Main Line Residents and Staff– 2/8/2021

I’m pleased to report that we have had no new positives in the residents of the Meadows from our last tests.  We are now at a point where we have one resident in Meadows who is still recovering.  The recovery period is appx 21 days from positive test.

We have had no new positives in IL.  Those who were positive continue to recover.

We continue to have no positives in the Pines.

No new staff positives with the testing end of last week and today.

Our clinic is tomorrow and we will be contacting residents directly when it is time for you to come down for your shot.  We will have a site for you to sit after your shot so we can observe, and then we will ask you to return to your apartments so we can manage the crowds and distancing.  If you are too excited about getting your shot, we will have some activities down in the Energy Club, nothing too strenuous, but maybe some mindfulness exercises.  We are all very excited to see the next group of residents start their vaccine journey and continue to look forward to the next steps!
