Safest Place for My Mom. I moved my mom to WEL Stapeley 5 years ago. She is in Personal Care. The staff have been the best! I have been kept well informed of my mother’s care and any recommendations from her doctor. She is comfortable and well cared for. Over the 5 years her physical health and cognitive skills have declined but the staff have been able to provide for her. I am at peace knowing my mom is happy and well. Even during the COVID restrictions, I have been kept informed about the numbers of facility staff and residents effected by the virus and the precautions taken. Although we could not visit in person, the staff made sure I could FaceTime or Zoom with my mom weekly.
