Jeff Petty’s senior living philosophy is lifestyle-focused. He believes that Wesley Enhanced Living is fulfilling a very important need for seniors, providing them with community and connection and promoting self-care.  His unique perspective on how emerging economic and social challenges will shape the future of aging services inspired him to propose and pursue federal legislation to support a new senior health and housing services delivery mode. This legislation sought to ensure that quality retiree housing and medical care is affordable and accessible to middle class Americans. Jeff continues to look for opportunities to effect change. Under his leadership, the organization experienced new community acquisitions and demonstrated successful turnarounds, as well as completed $80 million in renovation projects for our senior living communities in Philadelphia, Bucks, Delaware, and Montgomery counties. Jeff has grown the organization by over 57 percent over the past two decades.  In the early part of his career, he served in an executive finance and operations leadership role for a Fortune 300, multi-billion dollar organization.  Jeff holds a M.S. degree in industrial administration from Carnegie-Mellon University and a B.S. degree in operations research from Cornell University.
