My experience at Stapeley has been great. I came in a little nervous and apprehensive. However, that was short lived. There was one particular CNA who made me feel welcomed. She could tell that I was feeling sad. All I wanted to do was get my rehab and keep it moving. She continued to come and check on me. Oh, did I mention the staff in the admission’s office. Well, I’m getting ready to do that right now. Mr. Fred Freeman and Ms. Raynae Moody was exceptional. They walked me through the process and informed me on how the facility was geared to cater to the client’s needs. I was saying to myself, “yeah right.” The first day went and I was still wanting to break out and leave. Days went by and I started to see that majority of the staff really did care about the patients and their concerns. There is a calendar for the month that is action packed with fun filled activities. One of my favorite things to do was playing word games to keep my mind sharp. I have never come in contact with a facility that is 100% in everything. I’m sure that one may exist. Yes, there are small kinks that need to be ironed out at Stapeley. I’ve noticed as I would move around the place that Stapeley’s Team was doing everything possible to smooth out the kinks. With that being said, if you need a place for rehabilitation, respite care or permanent care for your love ones, I would highly recommend Stapeley. They kept their promise. Kudos to Stapeley!!!!
