Dykyj is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 16 years’ experience as a strategic leader and quality professional in the healthcare industry, and comes to us from GlaxoSmithKline where he spent the past several years improving their core business services and processes by driving customer satisfaction, reducing cost, and improving quality. “After an extensive search for the right candidate, we are pleased that Jerry is joining our team,” said Jeff Petty, President and Chief Executive Officer at Wesley Enhanced Living.  “His expertise affords us the opportunity to redefine quality beyond the traditional CCRC standards and propel us to new levels of excellence.” Dykyj holds dual B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics, and an M.B.A. in Technology Managements.  Jerry lives with his wife and nonagenarian parents, and is the proud father of two grown daughters.
