The year 2013 will mark our 125th year proudly serving the needs of Pennsylvania's aging population. Today Wesley Enhanced Living oversees and operates nine thriving senior living properties serving over 1,200 residents with more than 900 employees.

1888--German Home for the Aged formed by the Evangelical Association of Churches
1930--German Home for the Aged becomes known as Evangelical Manor*
1975--Evangelical Manor Foundation established
1985--Evangelical Manor acquires Heritage Towers**
1989--Evangelical Services for the Aging (ESA) is formed to oversee Evangelical Manor and Heritage Towers
1995--Pilgrim Gardens***affiliates with ESA
1995--Maple Village+joins ESA
1996--Evangelical Foundation becomes ESA Foundation
1997--Meadow House opens
1998--Manor Glen opens
2004--ESA becomes known as Wesley Enhanced Living
2004--ESA Foundation becomes known as Wesley Enhanced Living Foundation
2007--Wesley Enhanced Living embarks on a 5-year community revitalization project totaling $80 million
2008--Wesley Enhanced Living acquires Chestnut Hill Manor++
2010--Stapeley in Germantown affiliates with Wesley Enhanced Living and becomes Wesley Enhanced Living at Stapeley
2012--$80 million revitalization projects completed for Wesley Enhanced Living Doylestown, Upper Moreland, Burholme, and Pennypack Park communities
2012--Multi-million dollar community revitalization project begins for Wesley Enhanced Living at Stapeley
